Background

Sean Quinn was born in Los Angeles. He dreamt of becoming an entrepreneur and an architect. In business, he demonstrated a knack for marketing and bringing people together. Yet, he loved architecture and home design, always observing and inquiring about friends homes and landscapes. At the time, it was not obvious how he would marry his skills with his passion.

Sean Quinn's father, who Interned for Frank Lloyd Wright, was late Actor Anthony Quinn.  Anthony was a strong influence who emphasized creativity and hard work. Upon graduating from New York University (NYU), Sean worked for professional firms like KPMG, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Linkshare; where he demonstrated excellent contract negotiation and sales skills. After September 11, 2001, Sean decided to fullfil his dream to reconcile business and architecture by becoming a Realtor.

Sean moved to New Jersey to raise his family thanks in part to his family who owned Rolf's Restaurant and The Chanticler Chateau (currently The Stonehouse).  Since then, he has become an expert on New Jersey real estate. Sean's focus is commuter towns within one hour to NYC and rank in the top 50 public high schools; a big draw for growing families.

Sean has a strong performance record of selling homes thanks to his passion, integrity and marketing skills:

  • 98% of Sean's listings (sellers) close.
  • 98% of Sean's purchases (buyers) close once he has a meeting of the minds. 
  • As of May 2011, Sean has closed over $45M of home sales.
